Hampton Inn Brevard is the closest hotel to the entrance and likely the best if you are planning a camping trip or arrive early in your RV for the Davidson River Campground. Its parking lot connects to the Wal-Mart, so there is plenty of room for parking, and if you need any last-minute supplies, you are in a shopping center.

Comfort Inn & Suites Brevard is another hotel very close to Pisgah National Forest. This would be my choice if I wanted to stay in a hotel and spend time on the Davidson River fishing or tubing. There is a wide paved bike trail that leads directly into the Pisgah Nationa Forest; with a short 5-minute walk, you could be fishing on the Davidson River.

Holiday Inn Express & Suites Brevard is a few miles away and you will need to drive to get to Pisgah National Forest. This is a great hotel if you are planning an extended camping trip as you can stock up on food at the Ingles before heading in. I like their breakfast better than the others.
